Blizzard 2010!
I'm back--and about time too!

Brunch
1 large serving museli or granola or some such (gift from friend
skim milk to moisten
2 large k-cup chai lattes (70 calories each)
Dinner
1 large bowl turkey chili
3 heaping teaspoons grated cheese
1 very heaping teaspoon reduced fat sour cream
cilantro!
1 small flan
Snacks
1.5 glasses white wine
1 cup rich cocoa made with skim milk
