Totally forgot to exercise. Really.
Breakfast
1 large serving Mr. M.'s leftover rice krispies
skim milk to moisten
1 teaspoon sugar
Lunch
1/2 large bowl leftover turkey chili
5 heaping teaspoons grated cheese
3 heaping teaspoons reduced fat sour cream
1/2 bowl brown rice
Dinner
1 large bowl Mr. M.'s slow cooker beef stew
with potatoes, carrots, & peas
1 large serving asparagus with more grated cheese
1.5 to 2.0 glasses merlot
1 small rice pudding
Snacks
1 of those tiny cartons of ice cream--mint chocolate
