1 large serving Mr. M.'s leftover corn flakes--I should have fed 'em to the birds!
skim milk to moisten
no sugar!
Lunch
1 large serving buttered brown rice
1 large scoop colesllaw
Dinner
12 large chips with lots of salsa
1 margarita and a little extra mixer
1 large bowl Mr. M.'s slow cooker beef stew with potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, & peas
1 small tapioca
Snacks
1 banana
3 Hershey goodbar miniatures
1 cup decaf with lots of skim
