Days 3-5

Hey! I have followers--thank you peeps!

Day 5
Saturday, January 8
1x6
No exercise

Lunch (Thanks again university. Sigh. Saturday meetings. . . .)
Darn—another white bread deli sandwich with piles of turkey & mayo, lettuce & tomato—the white bread was a baguette
5 whole chips with 8/9 shards (bad!)
1 small serving fidge with walnuts about 1 inch by 1 inch (made by the chair's husband--was trying to be polite-- yeah right)

1 real can of Coke (not diet due to shortage in meeting--very bad!)

Dinner
1 small serving field pea soup
1 small serving coleslaw
Brownie from today's box lunch—rich & liquidy with some sort of liquor (stress eating on behalf of Mr. M.)
1 glass merlot



Day 4
Friday, January 8
1x6
1 mile on the elliptical machine (fondly known at our house as the e-cycle)

Lunch (thanks yet again university)
1 large serv lightly dressed mixed greens with heap of raosted red peppers and 7 or 8 pieces of chicken with some sort of rub and a few grapes & black olives
Skipped the cookies!

Dinner (thankfully, Chinese takeout is now finished)
1 tiny serv chicken corn soup with diabolical crispies
1 fried chicken “drummette”
1 smalll serv. house fried rice
1 small serv. kung pao chicken
1 extra large serving pineapple pie with 3 dabs vanilla ice cream

2 small glasses merlot

Day 3

Thursday, January 7
1x6
No exercise unless 8 roundtrips up & down the drive for recycling count

Breakfast
1 smalll choc. tart
(Bro. used low-fat, splenda, & graham cracker crumb crust--still not worth the calories)


Lunch (thanks again, university)
Brown bread (yay) “santa fe” sandwich with turkey & roasted red peppers
Skipped the chips
Ate the extra extra large cookie all afternoon

Snack
1 small cup decaf coffee with splenda & a little too much half & half

Dinner (still more Chinese takeout)
1 half of large bowl house fried rice (shrimp, beef, pork, chicken, mostly rice)
1 tiny serving pineapple pie with 1 dab vanilla ice cream

1 large glass cabernet

I will go below the set point!
