Walked 1 mile on univ. track
Brunch
1 large bowl field pea soup in honor of Moose
crushed tortilla chips
1 very small bite Mr. M.'s apple danish
Lunch (courtesy of the university--yay for lunch meetings)
1 white bread chicken salad sandwich with lettuce & tomato
I do not eat white bread in sandwiches! But the brown bread ones were already gone. :(
1 extra extra large choc. chip cookie
Dinner (Chinese takeout leftovers)
1 large bowl rice with 1 large serving broccoli with shrimp--I found one more shrimp!
Dessert
I skipped the madeline--go me!
1 glass cabernet
I will lose weight!
