Tuesday, January 5

Walked 1 mile on univ. track

Breakfast
1/2 bowl raisin bran with alcohol-free Southern Comfort eggnog
(no fresh milk in house), but yes eggnog

Lunch
2 veggie meatballs
small serving veggie chili

Dinner--Chinese takeout
1/2 bowl chicken corn soup
1/2 carton of shrimp & broccoli plus extra shrimp (12)
1/2 carton white rice

1 large glass merlot (non-caloric beverages not noted here)

Dessert
1 small flan

Snack
1 banana

I will be more healthy!
